Expansion was actually a challenge to replicate, with her large array of different tones of red and intricate detail. Thank you to Max at Archival Print for persevering with her.
After many an exciting visit to Max's studio, I chose a beautiful matte paper with a soft texture. I thought the texture would be a lovely, mellow addition to complement the energetic reds.
Max walked across the road with me to help me put Expansion and her ten new babies into the back of my car. They're freee into the world!!
Whilst I was sitting outside in my garden, listening to the parakeets, the sun was shining down on the ten Expansion prints in front of me. I thought, what a lovely moment this is, to infuse each of the ten prints with a lil bit of Reiki.
She's whatever you want her to be...
